Astro Employment was set up around a simple idea: the firms that do this work well take fewer searches and run them more carefully. Every operating choice we make traces back to that.
Most agencies grow by adding more recruiters and more clients. We grow slower on purpose. We deliberately keep our client list smaller than capacity so every single placement gets the time it needs.
That decision shapes everything else. Longer phone screens. Real reference calls instead of forms. Push-back on briefs that are not realistic. The result is permanent hires that stay, not metrics on a dashboard.
Across the portfolio we focus on permanent placements. We are a poor fit for last-minute shift gaps and a strong fit for organisations adding people who will be there in two years.
You will not be passed between a sales person, an account manager and a delivery recruiter. The person you speak to first is the person you speak to on the day a hire starts.
We work across all 50 US states. Our network is national, and most placements are coordinated remotely with on-site visits where they help.
